Dr. Myles Brown — Oncology
Dr. Myles Brown is Chief, Division of Molecular and Cellular Oncology at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and a Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Brown received his MD from Johns Hopkins University in 1982, followed by an internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and a fellowship in medical oncology at DFCI. He conducted postdoctoral research at MIT from 1987 to 1990. In 1990, he opened his own lab at DFCI, where his molecular studies focus on the role of steroid hormone receptors and other transcription factors in cancer. His research specialty is breast and prostate cancer.

Dr. Charles Dinarello — Autoimmune and Infectious Diseases
Charles Dinarello is Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Professor Dinarello has received several awards and prizes for his contributions to the field of cytokines, including Germany's prestigious Ernst Jung Prize in Medicine (1993), the Ludwig Heilmeyer Gold Medal from the Heilmeyer Society of Internal Medicine (1996). In 1998, Professor Dinarello was elected to the United States National Academy of Sciences. In 2002, he received the International Chirone Prize from the Italian National Academy of Medicine. The Institute for Scientific Information listed Professor Dinarello as the world's 4th most-cited scientist during the 20 years 1983-2002.

Dr. Michael E. Mendelsohn — Cardiovascular Disease
Michael E. Mendelsohn, M.D., F.A.C.C., is the Executive Director of the Molecular Cardiology Research Institute, the Vice-Chairman for Scientific Affairs of the Department of Medicine and Chairman of the Research Executive Committee for Tufts-New England Medical Center. Dr. Mendelsohn is an international leader in the study of molecular vascular biology. Dr. Mendelsohn received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School in 1982 and his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College in 1978, followed by residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at the Brigham and Women's Hospital.
